Our drivers are hired only after we have completed a thorough background check and verified the certification of each driver. We only take the best: personality — must work well with everyone from the littlest riders to the elderly; professional — strong ethic, driving ability, pre-trip preparation, knowledge of the area’s traffic and routes, and knowledge of working with the special needs equipment; flexibility — in scheduling, routing, and client requests. The Kobussen Buses, Ltd. safety record is phenomenol, and the safety features we have exceed the state and federal requirements. We hold monthly safety meetings with the drivers and supervisors to ensure that every driver is up-to-date on the changing laws and regulations governing the transportation of passengers. Employing our own certified driver’s training instructor and safety expert allows us to personally verify our driver's training and testing in addition to the DOT & DOD.
